What if I'm not sure my business is ready for AI?

That's exactly who this is for. The Audit is a diagnostic — sometimes the honest answer at the end of the hour is "your business doesn't need AI right now, focus on X first." That's a real outcome, not a failure.

Is this a sales call for a bigger engagement?

No. The fee is a qualification mechanism, not a lead-magnet. If at the end of the hour we both agree there's a fit for a full Business Evaluation engagement, your $200 is credited back. If not, the hour stands on its own.

How is this different from a free 30-minute discovery call?

Free discovery calls are sales calls. The conversation is structured to extract the information needed to pitch you. The AI Gap Audit is the opposite — Cesar comes in with the diagnostic lens, you leave with named opportunities, no sales pitch wrapped around it.

Virtual or in-person?

Your choice. Virtual via secure video link works for most clients. If you'd prefer in-person, Cesar comes to your office or place of business — we meet on your turf, not ours.

What happens after I pay?

Cesar (or his assistant Sofia) reaches out within 24 hours to schedule the hour at a time that works for you — usually within the following week.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes. If you haven't yet completed the hour, contact us and we'll refund the $200 in full. We'd rather refund a hesitant booking than start a working session that isn't right.
